Cheapest AI Porn Generators 2026: Most Images Per Dollar, Tested

cheapest ai gen article

I think in the last 3 months I spent around 100 bucks to try some few AI generators and tools. And I’d like to thank a few developers of some tools I tested who were kind enough to give me premium accounts for a few days so I could have some fun while studying their products; otherwise, the cost of testing would have been even higher… In that case, “Cheapest” is the wrong word, and it’s how people end up overpaying. The sticker price on an AI porn generator tells you almost nothing, because the thing you’re actually buying is usable results.. and a tool that looks cheap but takes ten tries to land one good image is more expensive than a “pricier” one that nails it first time. So this isn’t a race to the lowest number. It’s a look at where your money actually goes furthest in 2026.

First, you have to understand the three pricing models in this space, because they’re designed to be hard to compare on purpose.

The three ways these tools charge you

  • Subscriptions. A flat monthly fee, usually for “unlimited” or a high cap. Great if you generate a lot; a quiet money-drain if you forget to cancel and use it twice a month.
  • Token/credit packs. You buy a bucket of credits and spend them per generation. Pay-for-what-you-use, no recurring trap, but the catch is they rarely tell you up front how many credits one image actually costs, so the “$25 pack” is meaningless until you know it buys you 80 images or 800.
  • “Free” tiers. See below for my experience, because this is where most people get played.

The free-tier trap

Almost every tool advertises a free option. Almost none of them are actually useful or real free, and the gap between “technically free” and “free in a way you’d want” is enormous. The common tricks: a watermark stamped across the result, a resolution so low it’s a preview not an image, a daily cap of one or two generations, or a queue that puts free users behind everyone who paid. None of that is a scandal,  they’re business and they works like this, but treat the free tier as a demo, not a plan. The real question is what the cheapest paid entry costs and what it gets you.

Where the value actually is

Here’s how the tools I rate stack up on value specifically: not features, not realism, just bang-for-buck. Prices move constantly in this category, so treat every figure as something to confirm at the tool before you commit.

xNudes, unlimited images for a flat fee

Recently xNudes has changed its pricing model, the cheap token packs are gone, replaced by an Unlimited subscription: $15/month (with a crossed-out $19), or $145/year, which works out to roughly $12 a month. Both let you generate images with no limit – so on the literal “images per dollar” question, this is now one of the strongest answers on this page: a flat $15 buys as many images as you can prompt.

The cost moved to video, and the math fortunately is printed right on the pricing page: 1 token = 1 generation, 50 tokens = 1 video.

The monthly plan includes 500 tokens a month (about 10 videos), the yearly 600 (about 12). Past that you’re into token top-ups: 100 for $15, 250 for $25, 500 for $40, 1,000 for $70 – which prices an extra video at roughly $3.50–$7.50 depending on pack size. Fine if video is a side dish sometimes; pricey if you consider to use it fully, or trying to learn to make the perfect video. Full breakdown in the review.

PornX: value through reliability

PornX earns its value rating less on price and more on hit-rate: fewer wasted generations means a lower real cost per keeper, even if the headline price isn’t the lowest. One Premium tier, priced by commitment: $18.74/month, $17.49/month billed quarterly, or $14.99/month billed yearly (all shown against a permanently crossed-out starting price of $24.99). Images are unlimited on Premium, with 350 monthly tokens metering video. The free tier is real but tiny: 5 tokens a day, no video. Details in the PornX review.

Seduced AI, pay for control

SeducedAI sits in the “you pay a bit more for more control” bracket– worth it if precision saves you re-rolls, less so if you just want fast results on default settings. Plans are framed per day and billed monthly: Pro at $1/day ($30/month, around 300 images, but no video creations), Platinum at $2/day ($60/month, adds AI video up to 6 seconds lenght), Diamond at $5/day ($150/month, longer clips and absolute priority); VAT excluded, with cheaper 6- and 12-month cycles. Watch the $10 two-day trial: it auto-renews onto Pro if you forget to cancel. See the SeducedAI review.

DeepMode, niche value

DeepMode is good value specifically if its specialty is what you need; paying for it to do general work you could get cheaper elsewhere is where people waste money. Credits run from $10 for 50 up to $300 for 5,000 (that is $0.20 down to $0.06 per image) – while the Premium Club subscription is $50/month, billed as $600 for a full year upfront, which only makes sense if DeepMode is already your daily driver. Full notes and DeepMode features that worth that prices explained in the review.

Promptchan; value through not needing five subscriptions

Promptchan’s value argument is consolidation: one tool covering images, video and stylized work means one bill instead of three. If you’d otherwise subscribe to multiple ‘specialist sites’, the all-rounder is the cheaper path overall. Plus is $11.99/month, Premium $18.99, and Pro $26.99 with unlimited casual generations plus 800 gems.. but read the asterisk: those are first-month prices, and renewal jumps to $14.99, $23.99 and $33.99. Judge the plan on the renewal number, not the door price. One thing I’ll not stop to saying: Promptchan PRO has still one of the best Video outputs of the entire scene. It has to be considered if you are evaluating a PRO tool..

The Promptchan review has the specifics.

Best value by what you actually do

  • You generate in occasional bursts: the cheap pay-per-use route has thinned out, xNudes killed its budget token packs when it went subscription. The pragmatic play now is a monthly plan you actually cancel in the idle months, not a yearly deal bought on a discount badge.
  • You generate constantly: a flat unlimited plan wins on cost-per-image: right now that’s xNudes at $15/month with unlimited images (about $12/month if you commit to the yearly).
  • You want one bill for everything: the all-rounder (Promptchan) usually beats stacking specialists.
  • You just want to test the water: use the free tiers as demos, then buy the cheapest paid pack of whichever survived the demo.

This month, for example, i tried some new releases that I had to test, but I have my Promptchan Pro account still active, and until something truly sensational comes along, this is how things will be for the next few months. The honest meta-point: in a category moving this fast, the best value is the tool you’ll actually keep using, because a “cheap” subscription you abandon after a week is the most expensive thing on this page. Pick on hit-rate and pricing model first, sticker price second, and re-check the numbers, because the figures above will have moved by the time you read this.
